  10. - start Operation Flashpoint (like you would normally)

  12. - In the starting screen of Operation Flashpoint, click on "Campaign Game"
  13.  
  14. - Click the arrow on the right of "1985 - Cold War Crisis" once (or repeatedly) until the Invasion 1944 Campaign appears
